About Me:

A Las Vegas native, Adam Ballner specializes in multi-family investment properties. He comes to Prudential CRES | IPG from Marcus & Millichap, one the nation’s largest commercial brokerage firms, known for its extensive training and mentorship in multi-family sales.

Before entering into commercial real estate, Adam spent four years with the Las Vegas Valley Water District in maintenance engineering, meanwhile attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, completing his undergraduate studies.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a major in management. He enjoys attending leadership development seminars and volunteering his time as a leadership coach.
