About Me:

Art Farmanali, SIOR is the vice president of Prudential CRES | IPG Commercial Real Estate, a company specializing in industrial, land and office real estate services in Las Vegas, Nevada. Art has been with the firm since 1997 and has been the Las Vegas office Top Producer of the firm in 2001, 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Mr. Farmanali has a B.S. in Accounting from California State University in Northridge. He has over 18 years of extensive experience in finance and accounting field. Mr. Farmanali was a controller and CFO before moving to Las Vegas from Southern California. During his career he gained experience in tourism, real estate development and the entertainment industry. He was responsible for overseeing administrative departments and accounting functions.

Since the early 1990’s Mr. Farmanali has been actively involved as a principle owner in several land syndications in Southern Nevada. He has successfully managed, assembled and sold land parcels in access of over 200 acres in the southwest Las Vegas Valley on behalf of his clients and his partners to date.

From 1997 Mr. Farmanali has been actively involved in the Commercial Brokerage Industry. Over the last ten years Mr. Farmanali was responsible for land sales, site selection, business park development, and leasing of over 1,200,000 square feet of office and industrial real estate valued at over $200 million dollars.

Mr. Farmanali received his SIOR designation in 2007 and is currently an active member of the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). The SIOR Designation is a mark of professionalism and experience. The designation puts Mr. Farmanali in the top 5 percent of all office and industrial brokers in the United States. The SIOR brokers are expected to maintain high ethical standards at all times in their professional careers. Mr. Farmanali can service a broad range of clients in the real estate industry with his extensive knowledge and experience in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Service.

For the last twenty five years Mr. Farmanali has been actively involved with several philanthropic foundations such as the AKDN (Aga Khan Development Network), not only providing community service of his personal time & knowledge but he has also made significant financial contributions to communities across America. Mr. Farmanali has also traveled to third world countries to assist in raising awareness for health, education, rural development, eliminating poverty and civil society programs in some of the most impoverished communities in Asia and Africa. The Aga Khan Foundation partners with other like-minded institutions dedicated to international development, sharing lessons learned and collaborating on programs with foundations such as the American Red Cross, Ford Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, Rockefeller Foundation and the United States Department of State (web site: www.akdn.com).

Mr. Farmanali has lived in Las Vegas since 1995. He is married and has two daughters. Mr. Farmanali is a devout family man and strongly believes that by loving others and being a true giver to his community and mankind anything can be accomplished.
