About Me:

Cassie Catania joined Prudential CRES | IPG Commercial Real Estate Services in 2007 and works exclusively with Art Farmanali, SIOR and Danielle Steffen.

Prior to joining the firm Ms. Catania was a residential Realtor, specializing in high-rise development and custom homes. She was named as “Best New Agent” in 2004 and was a member of the “100% Club” from 2004-2006 at Remax Associates. Ms. Catania also worked at First American Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, where she was an Area Sales Manager in 2007.

Ms. Catania is a licensed salesperson in the State of Nevada and is a graduate of UNLV with a BSBA in Real Estate.

Ms. Catania considers herself to be a driven professional who pays close attention to the details of her work. She is dedicated to her clients and thrives on being an integral part of the community and forming meaningful, long-lasting relationships.

Ms. Catania’s long term goal is to become both a SIOR and CCIM designee. She is also currently working on her LEED® AP certification to help educate buyers and sellers about the benefits of green building and development.
