Danielle Steffen joined Prudential CRES | IPG in 2005 after working as a sales and leasing associate with Insight Realty Associates where she specialized in Industrial and office sales and leasing, as well as tenant/buyer representation.

Ms. Steffen specializes in Industrial, Land and Investment properties and has successfully closed over $91,000,000 in transactions since joining the company. She has also been named as the Top Producer for the firm in 2007.

Danielle Steffen has a B.S. degree in Information Technology and has been a resident of Las Vegas since 2001. Ms. Steffen’s background in technology and prior experience in the law field helps her to effectively negotiate contracts and gives her a competitive edge in the industry.

Ms. Steffen credits her success to her ethical standards, building long-lasting relationships with her clients and her drive for maintaining her successful career.

Ms. Steffen is currently a candidate for both CCIM and SIOR and is working towards obtaining her designations.
