Before joining Prudential Commercial | IPG Real Estate, Mr. Willmore was president of IPG Commercial Real Estate Services in Las Vegas and specialized in industrial brokerage services. Prior to IPG, Mr. Willmore worked with The Estes Development Company in Tucson, AZ and then opened the Las Vegas office of Dermody Properties (now known as D.P. Partners). In 1990 Mr. Willmore joined Lee & Associates Commercial Brokerage Services and was promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. Willmore was Lee & Associates’ top producer for three years in a row.

During the past 19 years as a real estate agent and broker in Las Vegas, Mr. Willmore has individually completed over 583 office and industrial sale and lease transactions valued at over $450 million dollars. Mr. Willmore has been an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for the past 13 years and served as president of the SIOR Nevada chapter in 2002 and 2007. Mr. Willmore was also National Chairman of the SIOR Admission Committee and is a member of the SIOR National Ethics and Professional Standards Committee.
