About Me:

Mr. Till joined Prudential Commercial | IPG Real Estate from CB Richard Ellis where he worked since 2004. Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Till spent 10 years in telecommunication sales, and 17 years as a general contractor in California and Oregon, along with having prior ownership and management interests in several companies. Nick has a strong work ethic and proven ability to integrate effective sales processes with excellent customer satisfactions. Nick specializes in site acquisition research and marketing, underwriting listings, and relationship development.
Mr. Till was a member of the Las Vegas Land Services Group in the Southern Nevada commercial real estate industry. Mr. Till played an important role on the team by specializing in property representation agreements, buyer acquisition representation, and new business opportunities.
