Mr. Santanna specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate space.

Steven has worked as a real estate professional in Nevada for the last five years. He has extensive market knowledge and has successfully established relationships with both local and national clients. Steven interfaces with owners/landlords, buyers/tenants to assist in the negotiation process from start to finish and provides his clients with an up-to-date, detailed overview of market conditions and trends while focusing on marketing strategies to enhance overall productions.

Mr. Santanna’s responsibilities include client contact and service, as well as focusing on marketing client properties and promoting new business clientele. Other responsibilities include market research and analysis, demographic research, in-house database compilation and understanding of trade area. A strong emphasis is placed on phone canvassing and door knocking every week.

Mr. Santanna is a graduate of University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science and Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate agent in both California and Nevada.
